The dry and tranquil early spring weather conditions will linger through Monday, with gradual warming.
The warmer weather combined with sunshine will lead to continued snow melt, which could lead to overnight fog formation, as well as rises in the levels of area streams and rivers.
There will be a chance of showers and possibly some thunder Tuesday as a cold front and low pressure system track across the state. It will be slightly cooler after the front passes. Another system and cold front tracking through Thursday could also trigger a few showers.
Friday morning's pollen count from the Allergy Department at the Marshfield Clinic-Wausau Center was low for trees.
Have a good weekend! Meteorologist Mike Breunling
