OWEN (WAOW) -- Owen is getting $4 million in a Economic Development Adminstration grant, to help build the Central Wisconsin Agricultural Innovation Center.
The project is expected to create 330 jobs and generate $18 million dollars in private investments.
Owen Mayor Tim Swiggum is talking with Newsline 9 about this grant.
