WAOW - Newsline 9, Wausau News, Weather, SportsClark Co. man arrested on arson charges

TOWNSHIP OF GRANT (WAOW) -- A Loyal man has been arrested after a suspicious house fire, early Tuesday morning.
According to a news release from the Clark County Sheriff's Department, the Granton Fire Department responded to a report of a house fire in the Township of Grant.
After the fire department became suspicious of the incident, they called in several investigative departments including the Wisconsin Department of Justice-Division of Criminal Investigation.
Results of their investigation indicated that the fire was intentionally set, according to the same release.
Consequently, Timothy M. Olson, 46, was arrested late Tuesday night in connection to the fire.
Wednesday, Olson was charged with arson and released from jail on a signature bond.
