Wood County receives H1N1 vaccine, flu clinics scheduled

WOOD COUNTY (WAOW) -- H1N1 walk-in flu clinics will be held in Wood County for key target groups, according to a press release from the Wood County Health Department.

Those groups are made up of:

  • Children 6 months - 4 years
  • Children 5 - 18 years with underlying health conditions
  • Caregivers of infants less than 6 months
  • Pregnant women
  • Healthcare workers and EMS

According to the same release, target groups will be expanding as more vaccine becomes available.

The clinics will be held in Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids and Pittsville. For a list of clinic times and locations, scroll down.
