WAOW - Newsline 9, Wausau News, Weather, SportsVilas Co. man injured in crash

VILAS COUNTY (WAOW) -- A Friday night crash in Vilas County sends one man to the hospital.
According to the sheriff's department, 49 year old Edward Neet of Eagle River was traveling southbound on Highway 45 in Lincoln Township when his vehicle crossed the centerline and went into the east ditch.
Neet was transported to Eagle River Memorial Hospital and later airlifted to Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. His condition is unknown at this time.
Neet was not wearing a seatbelt and alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
