(WAOW)- DC Everest senior basketball player Bethany Zuleger signed a letter of intent to play hoops for Judson University on Monday morning. The NAIA school is located in Elgin, Illinois, and Zuleger, who averaged over five points per game as a junior, says she looks forward to playing hard on the other side of the court for Judson.
Says Bethany Zuleger, "Defense, every team I go to, I bring defense, it's my passion, it's what I love to do, and I think I'll bring good leadership both on and off the court."
Says Judson Head Coach Jim Cook, "We make our kids understand that in playing the game, defense is the most important thing because anyone can score, but not everyone can defend and that's a huge proponent in our game."
