NORRIE (WAOW)--One is dead and one is in critical condition after a rollover outside of Hatley Thursday night.
Witnesses reported a car weaving in westbound traffic just after 11:30 pm on Highway 29 in the town of Norrie.
Sheriff's Lieutenant Dale Wisnewski confirms that 25-year-old Kevin Cybula of Rib Mountain was killed after witnesses say his car went into the median, rolled and landed on its side in the eastbound lanes.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His brother, 24-year-old Bradley Cybula, also of Rib Mountain, was flown to Apsirus Hospital in Wausau where he remains in critical condition.
Both were ejected from the car. They were not wearing seatbelts.
Investigators are still sorting through the details.
