LINCOLN COUNTY (WAOW) -- The Tomahawk man who admitted to playing a role in murdering a gas station worker has withdrawn his guilty plea.
That's according to online court documents.
In October, records show Derek Domke withdrew this guilty plea.
He was sentenced earlier this year to life in prison with a chance of parole in 2053.
In 2008, Domke admitted to helping murder Rochelle Anderson at a Tomahawk gas station.
Investigators linked him to the killing through fingerprints.
Domke has always said he didn't act alone but police never arrested anyone else.
He'll be back in court in February.
