Eagle River native Jinelle-Zaugg-Siergiej nets goal as USA beats Wisconsin 9-0 in exhibition

(WAOW)- Team USA beat the Wisconsin women's hockey team in an exhibition game Tuesday night 9-0. Eagle River native and former Wisconsin player Jinelle-Zaugg-Siergiej netted a goal and had an assist as the Americans got the win.

Zaugg and Team USA will be playing in the Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver this coming February. Sports Director Jayson Geiser was at the game tonight and we'll have a story on Zaugg-Siergiej's journey as she prepares for the Olympic games. Look for that in the coming weeks.
