CHILTON, Wis. (AP) - The Calumet County district attorney says a body found Sunday is that of Michelle Jaeger (YAY'-ger), a Chilton woman missing since earlier this month.
Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz tells WBAY-TV on Monday afternoon that it's the body of the 39-year-old woman who was last seen Jan. 9.
Jaeger's car was found in a public parking lot in Chilton over the weekend.
Her longtime boyfriend is under arrest in Manitowoc County. Investigators say he lied to them when he claimed Jaeger called him and lied about the whereabouts of her car.
Jaeger is originally from the Milwaukee area.
