It took until early June for all of the ice to melt off of Lake Superior and it will take until late June or early July for all of the snow to melt off of Rib Mountain. Granite Peak attracts national travels ahead of Christmas

It's a busy time of year at Granite Peak. Officials there say skiers and snowboarders arrived this weekend from across the country.
