WAKE UP WISCONSIN (WAOW)-- Yesterday was the day my family and my cousin Bill have all been waiting for.
After 72 days at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Bill returned back home to our neighborhood.
We grew up 4 doors down the street from each other, and I'm looking so forward to getting to visit him outside of hospital doors.
Bill and his family were suprised by over 100 people, it was a huge celebration.
I talked to Bill last night, and he was so happy, he said words didn't do justice for how amazing everything was.
He can't wait to til he's fully recovered so he can come to Wausau and be on Wake Up Wisconsin.
