2 women charged in ATM scam

Posted:

GREEN BAY (AP) -- Two women are accused stealing money from intoxicated men after picking them up at bar closing time in Green Bay and driving them to an automated teller machine.

Police say 22-year-old Mandisa Randolph and 23-year-old Brittaney Hill would watch the men enter their ATM pin number and later steal their bank cards. Investigators say Randolph and Hill would ditch the men, then use their cards.

Both face six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. Brown County prosecutors say additional charges are possible. Randolph and Hill are from Milwaukee. They were arrested last weekend after undercover officers spotted them getting into a car with an intoxicated man.
