GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Aaron Kampman of the Green Bay Packers suddenly has gone quiet.
So far, he's not talking to reporters about what the team's switch to a 3-4 alignment on the defensive line means for him.
He's been a star at defensive end but now will play outside linebacker.
Coach Mike McCarthy talked about the situation at today's voluntary Organized Team Activity in Green Bay.
The coach says there's always some hesitancy when a player is asked to do something different. He says Kampman was very comfortable in the old scheme, but he thinks the new one is going to create even more opportunities for Kampman.
A team spokesman says Kampman originally planned to talk to reporters today but changed his mind.
