Heat grill for 5 minutes. Place pork chop between two pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper. To flatten pork chips, working from center, gently pound pork with flat side of a meat mallet or rolling pin until about ¼ inch thick. Remove warp. Sprinkle both sides of each pork chop with the seasonings. Cook on grill about 5 minutes per side. Pork chop should be golden brown and no longer pink in the center. Spread bottom halves of buns with barbecue sauce. Place pork chops on bottom half of bun. Top with coleslaw and top half of bun.
