WAUSAU (WAOW) - The Woodchucks add infielder Khayyan Norforlk to their roster. He just wrapped up his second season at Jackson State Community College.

Norfork the Latest Woodchuck
WAUSAU, WI - July 3rd, 2009 - The Wisconsin Woodchucks have announced the addition of the latest Wisconsin Woodchuck to the roster, Khayyan Norfork.
Norfork, who just finished up his second year at Jackson State Community College, will add depth to the Woodchucks infield. Norfork will see time all around the infield, and will also add a solid bat and great speed to the team.
In his sophomore season at Jackson State, Norfork hit .410 with 48 RBIs, 12 home runs, and 34 stolen bases. In his senior year at Ripley High School, he batted .480 and was named to All-District and All-Tournament teams.
Norfork is already on the teams active roster, and any further changes to the roster will be updated as soon as they become available.
The Wisconsin Woodchucks are a member of the Northwoods League, a co llege wood bat summer league featuring players from across the country. Baseball America named the Northwoods League as one of the premier summer collegiate baseball leagues in the country.
