Riggleman ejected for arguing

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Washington interim manager Jim Riggleman has been ejected from the Nationals' game against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Riggleman was upset that plate umpire Joe West called Anderson Hernandez out on a check swing in the third inning. Riggleman spent several minutes in the batter's box talking to West and slowly left.

But instead of going in the dugout, he went down the line to complain some more to third base umpire Paul Nauert. That's when West, who is umpiring his 4,000th game, ejected him.
