MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Ben Street's goal early in the third period tied the game at 1-1 and goalies Joe Howe and Scott Gudmandson made that stand up, as the teams skated to a tie Saturday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.
Gudmandson made 31 saves for Wisconsin (0-1-1, 0-1-1), which blew a two-goal lead on Friday, losing its season opener 3-2 to the Tigers.
Howe turned away 26 shots for Colorado College (2-1-1, 1-0-1). He had 14 saves in the first period, which ended with the Tigers leading 1-0 on Nate Prosser's goal. Prosser scored on a 5-on-3 power play at 6:46 of the first period.
The Tigers led until the 2:43 mark of the third period when Street netted the equalizer.
