Hash Brown Baked Casserole

2 Tbs. dried onion powder

32 oz. bag of shredded hash browns

1/2 stick of butter, melted

8 oz. shredded cheddar (half of it sharp cheddar)

8 oz. sour cream

2 cups corn flake crumbs

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup

Mix soup and sour cream in a bowl.  Add all other ingredients except corn flakes and butter.  Stir together well.

Pour into 9" X 13" baking pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.   Sprinkle melted butter / corn flake crumbs over the top.  Bake for another 15 minutes.

*This recipe easily doubles or triples for large crowds!
