(WAOW)-  On the hardwood, in plenty of conference action on Friday night, the DC Everest boys got a home Valley win over the defending champs Wausau West 48-36.  Also on the boys side, Weyauwega-Fremont knocked off Pacelli 61-48.

On the girls side, Wausau West knocked off Antigo 56-37, and DC Everest got a home non-conference win over Madison East 51-48.

On the ice, the Central Wisconsin Storm shut out Tomahawk 12-0.

In college action, the UW-Stevens Point women knocked off Luther 79-51 at Berg Gym

In college hockey, the Pointers got a home win over conference foe UW-Eau Claire 4-2.
