Prep time: 10 minutes makes: 24 patties

6oz ground beef or chicken

½ cup grated carrots

1 cup instant potato flakes

4 tbsp powdered milk

Preheat oven to 350 F

Puree meat and carrots in a food processor till smooth

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together

Roll into small balls, press into patties

Bake for 15 minutes or till firm

Patties will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator
