GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Mark Tauscher didn't want to think about what he'd be doing this week if he'd retired at the end of last season.
The veteran right tackle overcame his second torn ligament in his left knee in his career to return midseason. Since he's played the majority of the snaps, the Packers are 6-1 and will play Arizona in an NFC wild card game on Sunday.
Aaron Rodgers is feeling better about a stabilized offensive line, too. He was sacked 41 times before Tauscher returned, and just nine times in the last seven games.
Tauscher is quick to deflect any credit for the turnaround, but Packers coach Mike McCarthy and offensive coordinator Joe Philbin credit his desire to return.
Tauscher says he's having as much fun as ever, but hasn't decided whether he'll play next season.
