Wausau's Dan Fenhaus tries to improve on his second place Derby finish from last year

EAGLE RIVER (WAOW)- The World Championship Snowmobile Derby enters the second day of the final weekend of competition, as drivers continue to gear up for Sunday's big finale.
Wausau's Dan Fenhaus came close to taking the title a year ago, but instead had to settle for second to back-to-back champ Brian Bewcyk.
This year, Fenhaus says it's all about fine-tuning his sled, so he can take home the title of world champion.
Says Dan Fenhaus, "I'm pretty motivated, you always want to try harder, try new things and see what we can get out of it, we rebuilt the chasis and it seems to be working fairly well. See how much traction we can get off the corner, I think that's where we were lacking last year, the traction coming off the corner so we'll see what happens. We're getting it a little better every time we go out there, it's just a trial and error thing."
