Derek Domke heads back to court

by Cami Mountain

LINCOLN COUNTY (WAOW) --  The Tomahawk man who admitted to playing a role in murdering a gas station worker will head back to Lincoln County Court this morning.

Back in October, Derek Domke withdrew this guilty plea for helping murder Rochelle Anderson.  He was sentenced in 2008 to life in prison with a chance of parole in 2053.

Anderson's body was found brutally stabbed and beaten outside a Tomahawk gas station.  Investigators linked Domke to the killing through fingerprints.

Domke has always said he didn't act alone but police never arrested anyone else.

Stay tuned to for the very latest.
