LA CROSSE (AP) -- Searchers resumed their work Tuesday on the Mississippi River in La Crosse where they've been looking for a college student who disappeared early Sunday.
Fire division chief Mike Jorgenson says crews will expand the search on the river and will again drill holes in the ice and lower cameras in the water.
Twenty-one-year-old Craig Meyers is a criminal justice student at Western Technical College and a former state champion wrestler.
Police say security video from a business shows someone who looks like Meyers walking alone in the downtown area shortly before he disappeared.
A bloodhound led searchers to the nearby river Monday. Jorgenson says there are areas of thin ice on the Mississippi not far from shore.
