WASHINGTON D.C. (WAOW) -- President Barack Obama is expected to deliver remarks and sign the health insurance reform bill, Tuesday morning.

ABC News will break into programing for the special report, hosted by Diane Sawyer. You can watch the report LIVE on WAOW.com.

According to ABC News, the hard-fought battle getting the health-care reform bill to President Obama's desk won't end when he signs the bill into law. At least 10 states plan to file a federal lawsuit challenging the legislation, on grounds the law is unconstitutional. And, fallout continues in the house after Texas Rep. Randy Neugebauer said he called out "baby killer" during the chamber's debate Sunday night -- with some saying his apology isn't enough.
