MOSINEE (WAOW)--A gubernatorial candidate creates buzz about lunch. Scott Walker and his Brown Bag Movement hit Mosinee today. He spoke with employees at G3 Industries about his vision for Wisconsin. Walker calls for a smaller government, job creation and scaling back on spending.
"It comes down to me packing my own lunch. All the way back from college when I worked to get through school to even today as executive. A lot of people like the folks here and around the state are still packing lunches and doing things to save money and I'd like to see the government do that too," says Walker.
Walker says he drives 1998 Saturn with 100,000 miles on it and packs two ham sandwiches everyday. The current Milwaukee County executive says he'll apply his conservative finance practices to government.
