Health Dept: Throw out ice, beverages made with water in Curtiss since Monday

The Curtiss water supply undergoes an emergency chlorination as part of periodic testing by the DNR. Department officials say the water is still safe to drink. But as a precaution, any ice cubes, beverages, baby formula or other food items made with the water since Monday should be thrown out.

Containers and icemakers should be cleaned as well. If you have any questions, call the Clark County Health Department at 715-743-5105.
