MARATHON COUNTY (WAOW) -- A teacher's aid in the Wausau School District is behind bars for allegedly sexually assaulting a student at Maine Elementary School last month.

According to a criminal complaint, 26 year old Bee Lor of Wausau was charged with first-degree criminal sexual assault of a child Monday, after allegedly touching a student's breasts on the playground.

The victim told police that during recess on April 16th, Lor was on "yard duty" on the playground when he came up to her and grabbed her breasts over her clothing. Lor told police he accidentally touched her breasts when he was pushing her away from him.

Lor is also charged with threats to injure or accuse of a crime. Police say he was heard making threats to employees of Maine Elementary School on April 26th.

Lor faces up to 60 years in prison for the sexual assault charge, and an additional 6 years and $10,000 fine for the threats.

He's currently being held in the Marathon County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond. According to district leaders, he was terminated from his job at the school after the incident.

Lor is scheduled to be back in court on May 19th.
