MADISON (WAOW) - Wisconsin's football game against Arizona State on Sept. 18 at Camp Randall Stadium will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT and be televised by ABC, ESPN confirmed on Tuesday. It will be the Badgers' first nonconference appearance on ABC since opening the 2007 season against Washington State. That is also the last time UW faced a team from the Pac 10.
Three of UW's seven home games for the 2010 season have now been set. In addition to the Arizona State game, Wisconsin's Homecoming game against Minnesota on Oct. 9 will start at 11 a.m. and the Badgers matchup with Ohio State the next week will begin at 6 p.m. UW's season-opener at UNLV will kick off at 10 p.m. CT.
The Badgers and Sun Devils will be meeting for the first time since 1968. Arizona State won the previous two matchups between the teams, 42-16 in 1967 and 55-7 in 1968.
