NEW DELHI (AP) -- An Indian police official says he fears that 160 people have been killed in the crash of an Air India plane in the south.
Seemant Singh, a top police official at Mangalore airport, said Saturday that conditions at the airport were poor when the plane arriving from Dubai overshot the runway in the morning. He said the crash may have killed up to 160 people.
