(WAOW)- Wisconsin has now won seven straight games after a 5-4 win at Green Bay on Saturday night.
Now the Chucks face the Bullfrogs again tonight in the final game before the Northwoods League all-star break.
The Chucks faltered down the stretch in the first half of the season after being alone in first place at one point.
They've certainly used that as motivation for part two.
Says Field Manager Guido Aspeitia, "I always tell these guys, take the results out of it and I put the results into it for them, so instead of playing baseball, we were playing to win baseball games, and with anything in life, you just can't work to get an end result, you have to work and hope the end result works out for you."
Says Brock Stassi, "I don't think we were playing to win, moreso we were playing not to lose which is never a good thing, and that kinda changed, and we're just out here having fun, having a good time, and playing loose."
