Woodchucks Give Up Lead Late in Loss to La Crosse

LA CROSSE (WAOW) - The Wisconsin Woodchucks got homeruns from Robbie De La Cruz and Sharif Othman, jumping out to a 4-1 lead in La Crosse Wednesday night. However, the Loggers scored 4 unanswered after that and won 5-4.

Kevin Pillar went 3-for-4 and scored a run in the Chucks loss. Mitchell Beacom took the loss in relief, giving up 2 runs in 2 1/3 innings of work.

These same teams play again at 7:05 Thursday night.
