GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Cornerbacks Pat Lee and Brandon Underwood made strides on Saturday night during the Green Bay Packers' intrasquad scrimmage that they can be counted on if seasoned veterans Charles Woodson or Al Harris miss time.
Harris is on the physically unable to perform list and still rehabbing after suffering a serious knee injury in November and needing surgery. Woodson was a healthy scratch for the annual event as the team tries to keep him healthy for the rigors of the regular season.
Depth is a concern at cornerback with only Tramon Williams having any extended NFL experience, but Lee and Underwood both showed flashes of their talents with Underwood returning an interception for a touchdown.
