(WAOW)- The high school football playoffs continued on Saturday in north central Wisconsin and we have several teams moving on to Level Four. In Division Six, Edgar blew out Pacelli 52-12 and the Wildcats are now one win away from a third straight trip to state. In Division Two, Marshfield is also just a win away from state after a 21-14 win over Menomonie. In Division Five, Colby kept its unbeaten season alive with a 29-12 win over Osseo-Fairchild.
Girls hit the pool also Saturday for sectional meets in both Division One and Division Two. In D1, SPASH, East and Wisconsin Rapids will sent swimmers to state. For complete results, please visit the WIAA's website.
In women's soccer, the Pointers beat UW-Whitewater 1-0 to claim the team's third straight WIAC Tournament title.
The Pointer football team was also victorious on Saturday with a 58-13 road win over UW-River Falls.
