MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Travis Oleksuk slipped the puck past Ben Bennett with 11 seconds left in overtime as top-ranked Minnesota-Duluth beat Wisconsin 6-5 on Friday in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.
In the closing seconds, Oleksuk skated in front of the net, took a pass and slipped the puck under Bennett for his NCAA-leading fifth game-winning goal. After a lengthy review, the goal was allowed to stand.
Oleksuk also scored in the second period during the Bulldogs' four-goal outburst and added an assist.
Mike Seidel had two goals for the Bulldogs (10-1-2, 7-1-21), who outshot the Badgers 30-28.
Tyler Barnes scored with 44 seconds left for the Badgers (6-5-2, 3-4-2) to send the game into overtime. Barnes had two goals, while Jordy Murray chipped in a goal and an assist. Murray's goal at 13:24 of the second pulled Wisconsin within one and the goalies dominated until Barnes' late score.
