RACINE (WAOW) -- A Racine man is in custody after an FBI investigation into a child pornography case.
Matthew Spanske, 29, is charged with:
persuading a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions of such conduct
possessing visual depictions containing minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct
According to an FBI news release, Spanske is accused of manufacturing and distributing child porn as well as engaging in sexual contact with an under age person.
All the charges brought against Spanske resulted from an investigation during June, 2010. Agencies involved in the case include, the Milwaukee FBI Division's Kenosha Resident Agency with assistance from the Caledonia Police Department, and the United States Attorney's Office Eastern District of Wisconsin.
