Joyce G. Trzinski, 59, formerly of Stevens Point, passed away on Friday, Dec. 24, 2010, at Bella Gardens in Plover, while under the care of Ministry Home Care-Hospice Services.

She was born on April 10, 1951, in Stevens Point to the late Stanley and Delores (Woyak) Trzinski and attended Stevens Point Area Catholic Schools, graduating from Maria High School in 1969. She later attended UW-SP.

Joyce held various positions, mainly as a nurse's aide and always loved to care for others.

She was a devoted mother, loving grandmother and a friend to everyone. She had a kind heart and a huge smile and was very strong in her faith and loved being involved with her church. She enjoyed movies and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her three children, Aaron (Hope) Haase of Colorado Springs, Colo., Adam (Ashley) Haase of Milton, Georgia, and Sarah (Shawn) Kruzitski of Mosinee; five grandchildren, Aspen, Drew, Morgan, Ian and Elijah; sisters, Jane (Paul) Sokol of River Falls, and Rita (Jim) Nachman of Stevens Point; and brothers, Jim (Kathy) Trzinski of Amherst Junction, Jerry (Sue) Trzinski of Plover, Paul (Linda) Trzinski of Escondido, Calif., Peter (Sandra) Trzinski of Harrah, Wash., and Ralph (Terry) Trzinski of Junction City.

The family would like to thank the staff at Bella Gardens for their care.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established at a later date.

The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at St. Peter Catholic Church with the Rev. Kevin C. Louis officiating. Burial will follow in Guardian Angel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home in Stevens Point, and again on Thursday in the St. Faustina Room of the church from 9 a.m. until the time for Mass.
