WAUSAU (WAOW) -- For the 11th straight year, organizers of Wine, Cheese and All that Jazz gear up for the big night.
With two bands playing and a brand new venue, this year's event will be bigger and better than last year's. Almost 200 different wines will be featured and, like always, the money earned goes towards Wausau's Boys and Girls Club.
"It's got its own energy and a good following," said Brian Stezenski-Williams, the Executive Director of the Wausau Area Boys and Girls Club. "It's a very important event for us because it helps support the 2,000 kids we're working with throughout the year."
Williams said this year, the entire show will take place in one room in the Patriot Center. The 21-and-up event starts at 8 PM this Saturday night. You can still buy tickets in advance or get them at the door.
Williams said this event usually takes care of about 5% of the money they need to support the Boys and Girls Club.
