Madison store has fun with Packer pride

MADISON (WKOW) -- Many of you may be getting ready for next Sunday's big game. Some Packers jerseys are now hard to find.

If you're looking for something less traditional, one Madison based company has made Packer parody t-shirts all season.

From Charles Woodson, Clay Mathews to Aaron Rodgers, Troy Vossler and his team have been finding ways to put humor into watching the packers.

"Often times we try to channel current events," said Troy Vossler, Sconnie Nation owner.

Including this "Teach Me How to Raji" t-shirt - a parody off of "Teach Me How to Bucky."

"It was such a game-changing play and to have one of the biggest players on the roster, just makes it that much more sweeter," said Vossler.

"We thought of that idea and we had it online within hours of thinking of it," said Vossler.

Before the amazing game - Troy made a Rodgers championship belt t-shirt - inspired by a customer's idea.

"We could not find a single retailer selling Aaron Rodgers doing his trademark pose, and so we thought it was a great idea," said Vossler.

"Some of the t-shirts are just for fun," said Vossler.

The most popular of all are the Packer jerseys - being sold at places at the Wisconsin Active Apparel store.

Many people like Eldon Warne and his Wife Vicki are having a tough time finding any.

"Just amazing to be a packer fan - you can just feel it everywhere you go," said Vicki Warne.

Business is up more than 50% for Wisconsin Active Apparel store.

Sconnie Nation says their internet traffic has more than tripled since last week's NFC Championship Game. The owner says his sales are up more than 200%
