Element Mobile customers say they're still unsatisfied

CENTRAL WISCONSIN (WAOW) -- Newsline 9 continues to receive massive amounts of emails regarding the service Element Mobile provides.

One customer had enough with Element Mobile and switched to U.S. Cellular - but that wasn't all.

Ryan Delaney went one step further. He started a Facebook page called Dump Element Mobile.

After running the page for almost a month, it has about 3,000 followers and 1.4 million page views.

Delaney hopes the site will give others the opportunity to get out of their contracts without having to pay early termination fees.

"They credited my early termination fee, which I ask that they do for everybody. I didn't think that it was appropriate to charge people an early termination fee for terminating a service that they don't have, till this day, up and running 100 percent," former Element Mobile customer Ryan Delaney said.

Element Mobile released a statement saying they're offering service credits and replacing phones for customers whose phones didn't work with the transition.
