MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Governor Scott Walker says he will sign the bill reorganizing the Wisconsin Department of Commerce into a public-private hybrid Wednesday. The Legislature passed the Walker-proposed bill last month despite objections from Democrats that there wasn't a plan in place for the transition. Walker says the new department is a key part of his promise to create 250,000 jobs over the next four years.
