WAUSAU (WAOW)--Parents, if you have a baby bassinet there's a recall you'll want to know about.

Hundreds of thousands of baby bassinets made by Burlington Basket Co. are now under recall  over concerns that they could collapse if not assembled properly.

The recall involves about 500,000 bassinets -- all made by the company before June of last year. Wal-Mart and other stores sold the bassinets.

Safety experts with the  Consumer Product Safety Commission say  the bassinets can collapse if the support rails that hold the basket are not fully locked into place.

So far the CPSC reports 10 incidents in  which the bassinets collapsed. Two infants suffered minor injuries.

The Burlington, Iowa-based company is not offering to take back the bassinets, but is instead giving consumers free repair kits to show exactly how to install the support rails.

Consumers can contact the company at 800-553-2300 for more information.
