Children Celebrate Reading

Here is something positive!

Students at  Trinity Learning Center and Preschool  in Stevens Point celebrate reading.

As part of the  "Read Across America"  program they had guest readers come in to share books written by Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss.

I had the chance to talk with the children and read "Green Eggs and Ham" and "Hop On Pop" (books which are fun to read at any age!)

When we finished reading, we shared  shared birthday cake  and punch in honor of the legendary children's author. Dr. Seuss was born 106 years ago in Springfield, Massachusetts.
