WisBusiness.com -- The state transportation department has announced more than $25 million in funding to boost freight rail in Wisconsin.
Five grants for more than $20 million will go for projects on publicly owned lines.
Another six loan awards worth nearly $5 million will come from a revolving loan program to pay for infrastructure or new facilities.
