Nate joined the Newsline 9 Team in March of 2011 as a Content Producer and Multimedia Journalist.

Before joining Newsline 9, Nate was the Anchor and News Director for Blue Mountain Television in Southeastern Washington. In 2010 he graduated with a degree in Communications from Walla Walla University.

During his time at Blue Mountain Television, Nate won a Telly Award for his breaking news coverage of a high-speed chase.

Nate grew outside Portland, Oregon. He is a passionate Portland Trail Blazers fan.

When he's not in the newsroom or watching the Blazers, he enjoys playing sports, traveling and spending time with his friends.
