ANTIGO (WAOW) -- Kayla Berg of Antigo vanished a year and a half ago. On Friday night, Headline News will feature her story.

Kayla's mom, Hope Sprenger, said representatives from HLN contacted her about doing a two-minute segment about the missing teen.

She said she's glad for any support that could help her get closer to finding her daughter.

"It never ends," said Sprenger. "The feelings are still the same. You learn how to function a little better but the feelings never go away. I still jump every time the phone rings hoping that might be the call."

The segment will run on "America's Missing," which airs between 8 and 9 o'clock on HLN.

Kayla disappeared while visiting Wausau in August 2009. Her mom said new posters will be put out this summer to show how she might look now.
