Separation anxiety: separate cabins for families on planes?

WAUSAU (WAOW)--It can be a touchy subject for travelers: Should airlines have separate sections for children?

A Skyscanner poll revealed a majority of passengers who participated want sections set aside for families, but a representative from the Central Wisconsin Airport says a special section would be hard to manage.

"The difficulty of sort of pre-planning for this would be if you're traveling with an infant or a small child, you don't have to put that in your ticket when you make a ticket," said CWA Marketing Coordinator Ashleigh Marzynski.

A second survey of business travelers in Britain found a whopping 74 percent want children banned from the business-class cabin.

Airline experts say they can't see anything being enforced, because it won't help an airline's bottom line.
