Honda to temporarily cut production

UNDATED -- Starting today, Honda is temporarily cutting production at its North American auto factories due to a shortage of parts.

The auto company says it's able to keep the factories open by working shorter hours because most of the parts used are made in North America.

Honda has plants in Ohio, Indiana, Alabama, Georgia and Canada.  Leaders did not say which plants or models would be effected.
