MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Summerfest officials say ticket prices for Milwaukee's popular music festival will remain unchanged this summer, the fifth straight year prices have held steady.
General-admission prices will remain at $15, and weekday admissions before 4 p.m. will still cost $8. A three-day pass will cost $33.
The music event along Lake Michigan bills itself as the world's largest music festival. It will run every day from June 29 through July 10 except for the Fourth of July.
While Summerfest is holding the line on ticket prices, beer prices will go up 50 cents.
Other special prices and promotions are available at Summerfest.com. Officials will also be giving away 100,000 tickets, including 44,000 tickets for Opening Day. Fans have to connect with Summerfest on Facebook and Twitter for details.
